What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this site and the form on it, which exists to book a free in-home water test with AquaShield Home Systems LLC. They do not govern the water test itself, any system you buy, or any agreement you sign with us later. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents control.

Booking a water test

Submitting the form and picking a time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm appointments directly with you, and we may need to reschedule. The test is free and carries no obligation to buy anything. Whether we can help depends on what you need and where you are, and we will tell you if we cannot.

Who the test is for

The free in-home water test is for the owners of the homes we test, because installing a water system is the homeowner's decision. If you rent, the form will say so and invite you to share this page with the owner. We serve the Denver metro east of I-25 and will confirm before the visit whether we reach your address.

Contacting you

By submitting the form you agree that AquaShield Home Systems may contact you about your request by phone, text and email at the number and address you provide. The exact consent wording you agree to, and how to stop hearing from us, are set out in our Privacy Policy. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.

Accurate information

Please give us accurate details and use the form only to request a water test at a home you own or are authorized to book for. We may decline or cancel a request that does not meet that.

What is on this site

The descriptions, the $4,500 installed price and the other claims on this site are general information about what we offer, not a quote or a promise about your home. Anything specific to you comes from what we tell you at the visit and put in writing afterwards. We may change this site at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date at the top.
